Accessibility
Last updated: 5 June 2026
EnneagramTest is committed to making our website and assessment platform accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to use our service comfortably and effectively.
Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments
- Hearing impairments
- Motor difficulties
- Cognitive differences
What We Have Done
- Used clear, legible fonts and sufficient colour contrast throughout the platform
- Ensured all pages are navigable by keyboard
- Used semantic HTML to support screen readers
- Provided descriptive alt text for images
- Ensured form fields are clearly labelled
- Designed pages to work on all screen sizes, including mobile devices
- Used plain, clear language throughout the assessment and reports
Known Limitations
We are a small team and our platform is under active development. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working to address these and welcome feedback.
The AI-driven assessment conversation is text-based, which may present challenges for users who rely on voice input or have difficulty with extended written interactions. If you need support completing an assessment, please contact your practitioner.
Alternative Formats
If you need information from our platform in an alternative format — for example, large print or a different file format — please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our platform. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please get in touch:
