These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EnneagramTest website at enneagramtest.co.uk and the assessment platform at app.enneagramtest.co.uk (together "the Service"), operated by Eugenio Leijten trading as EnneagramTest ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

EnneagramTest provides an AI-powered Enneagram personality assessment platform. The Service operates in two ways:

• For practitioners (coaches, therapists, and other professionals): a subscription-based platform to purchase assessment tokens and assign personalised assessments to their clients.
• For clients: a guided conversational assessment, accessed via a personal one-time link provided by a practitioner, resulting in a detailed personalised report.

2. The Assessment

The Enneagram assessment is provided for personal development, self-reflection, and growth purposes only. It is not a psychological diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical advice. Results are interpretive and subjective. Your own inner sense of resonance is the most important validation of any result.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of assessment results.

Your assessment conversation and report are stored securely and deleted 30 days after your assessment is completed.

3. Practitioner Accounts

Registration

To use the practitioner platform you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

Tokens

• Assessment tokens are purchased in packs and assigned to individual clients.
• Each token is personal to the client it is assigned to and can only be used once.
• Tokens expire one year from purchase, or 10 days from assignment to a client.
• Tokens assigned to a client but unused can be reclaimed; used tokens cannot be refunded.

Branding

The Service allows you to customise the assessment experience with your own branding. You warrant that any logos, images, or content you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Your clients

You are responsible for ensuring your clients have consented to participate in the assessment and for any obligations you have to them as their practitioner. Your client's report is shared with you for review via your dashboard; you are responsible for sending it to your client and for any safeguarding obligations that arise from the results.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and include VAT where applicable.

Due to the digital nature of the service, token packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If you experience a technical problem that prevents tokens from being delivered, please contact us at legal@enneagramtest.co.uk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service
• Share assessment links with anyone other than the intended client
• Misrepresent the nature of the assessment to clients
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and methodology on the Service are owned by or licensed to EnneagramTest. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Reports generated for clients are provided for their personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnneagramTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and Wix (data storage). We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or other users. Unused tokens will be refunded on a pro-rata basis in such circumstances.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify practitioners of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
